About Us

Mint Source is a remote-first bridge that connects vibrant talent with international clients and agencies, enabling skilled individuals to showcase their expertise on a global stage.

Role Overview

Mint Source is recruiting a Landing Page Designer to join a London-based luxury botanical skincare brand serving over 500,000 customers worldwide. You'll design the pages their campaigns land on: product detail pages, advertorials, listicles, VSL pages, quiz funnels, and promotional pages, translating marketing strategy, copy, and creative briefs into high-converting experiences in Figma. You'll own the design process from research and wire-framing through final, developer-ready UI, working with the marketing and development teams in an even split of collaborative and independent work. Success looks like clean, conversion-focused designs that ship with minimal revisions and measurably lift performance. At this scale, every point of conversion is real revenue, this role sits directly on that lever.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-converting, developer-ready landing pages in Figma for campaigns and product launches
  • Create the full range of page types: PDPs, advertorials, listicles, VSL landing pages, quiz funnels, and promotional pages
  • Translate marketing strategies, copy, and creative briefs into visually compelling, conversion-focused experiences
  • Own the landing page design process end to end — research, wireframing, final UI, and handoff
  • Ensure every design is responsive, mobile-first, intuitive, and ready for implementation
  • Deliver clean, organized Figma files (Auto Layout, Components, Variables) developers can build from without guesswork
  • Research top-performing DTC brands, competitors, and industry best practices, and fold proven conversion patterns into new designs
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams through regular, structured meetings

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of design experience with a portfolio of high-converting e-commerce landing pages across multiple formats (PDPs, advertorials, listicles, VSLs), general UI or branding work alone won't make the cut
  • Expert-level Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping
  • Strong grasp of conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and customer psychology
  • Experience designing for Shopify, including an understanding of its theme limitations
  • Independent and proactive: you take ownership, flag things early rather than waiting to be asked, and suggest improvements without direction
  • An energetic, creative problem-solver who keeps quality high under pressure
  • Fast and detail-obsessed. This team values speed and quality above everything, so you're comfortable taking feedback, iterating quickly, and working at DTC pace
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Bonus points: you've designed for 8–9-figure DTC brands, worked with landing page builders like Replo, Instant, Shogun, or PageFly, know your way around A/B testing and heatmap tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), and can explain design decisions with data and conversion principles

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Deliver developer-ready Figma designs that follow CRO best practices and need minimal revision rounds before implementation
  • Ship landing pages on time, independently managing each project from concept through final handoff
  • Contribute measurable improvements in conversion rate and engagement through continuous iteration
  • First 30 days: absorb the brand, design system, and existing pages, completing your first landing page projects with minimal guidance. By 60: independently own multiple page formats and proactively bring CRO improvements backed by competitor research. By 90: own the landing page design function outright, with a reusable component library that speeds up every future build

What You Get

  • Competitive compensation discussed individually based on experience and location
  • Fully remote role with a globally recognized luxury skincare brand
  • Real ownership: your pages go live, and their performance is visible
  • A structured, meeting-based workflow with genuine autonomy between check-ins
  • International exposure and clear, measurable KPIs
