• Opportunity identification: Identifies new product, workflow, or business opportunities within existing client engagements.

• Product strategy: Connects client needs and opportunities to broader business objectives and defines a clear product direction.

• Business case & ROI: Builds compelling business cases and articulates expected value, impact, costs, and ROI.

• Product positioning & storytelling: Translates opportunities into clear value propositions and persuasive client-facing narratives.

• Client scope & SOW development: Defines scope, outcomes, assumptions, deliverables, and boundaries for new or expanded engagements.

• Customer discovery: Understands client needs, pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes through discovery and stakeholder engagement.

• Commercial thinking: Contributes to pricing, packaging, and commercialization decisions.

• Success measurement: Defines KPIs and measures whether delivered work is creating the expected client and business value.

• AI-enabled product thinking: Identifies where AI and agentic approaches can create additional client value and supports evaluation of their applicability.
