Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most valuable client relationships, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, developing comprehensive account strategies and fostering long-term partnerships that support organizational growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Conduct regular account reviews, analyze account performance metrics, and present findings to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutual benefit and profitability
  • Manage account budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and revenue projections
  • Coordinate with product, service delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular account updates to management

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in key account management, strategic account management for distribution.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable insights
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (required for this Brazil-based position)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Preferred: Experience in a specific industry relevant to our organization
  • Preferred: Project management experience and familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Preferred: Experience with presentation software and business intelligence tools
