Position Summary

LATG is seeking a Junior SharePoint Administrator to support the SharePoint Online (SPO) Team within the AI/Data Analytics & Visualization ART. The selected candidate will assist with the administration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, helping users leverage SharePoint Online and related technologies to support mission objectives.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience who is looking to grow their career within a Federal Government and Department of Defense environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Help maintain governance, security, and content management standards.
  • Create and update documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support collaboration solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Work closely with senior administrators and technical teams to implement enhancements and improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or related collaboration platforms.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft 365
    • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD customers.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and site administration.
  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Security+ certification.

Remote Work

This position is primarily remote. Candidates located in Washington, DC, San Diego, Charleston, or Norfolk are preferred, but location is not a requirement. Occasional travel or onsite support may be required based on customer needs.
