Junior Regional Marketing Specialist – DACH, Italy & Iberia 



Overall Accountability 



As our Junior Regional Marketing Specialist for DACH, Italy & Iberia, you will support the execution of regional marketing activities that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, demand generation, and customer engagement across the region. 



Working closely with regional Sales teams, partners, and the central Marketing & Communications team, you will help deliver campaigns, webinars, events, and localized marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to develop hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing within a fast-growing cybersecurity company. 

 



Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned with global marketing programs  
  • Assist with demand generation activities in collaboration with the central Marketing team  
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for events, webinars, partner activities, and customer engagement initiatives  
  • Help localize marketing content and campaign assets for regional markets  
  • Collaborate with regional Sales teams to support pipeline generation and account-based marketing activities  
  • Assist with marketing activities involving distributors, resellers, and MSSP partners  
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and event suppliers to ensure smooth execution  
  • Support regional visibility through industry events, social media, and relevant marketing channels  
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and campaign insights  
  • Help maintain regional marketing calendars, project plans, and activity trackers  
  • Support administrative marketing tasks, including campaign coordination and asset management  

 



Qualities We're Looking For 

  • Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams  
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take ownership of projects  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment  
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in measuring marketing performance  

 



Professional & Technical Skills 

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation  
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms) is an advantage but not required  
  • Interest in event planning, webinars, and partner marketing  
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills  
  • Good project coordination and organizational abilities  

 



Collaboration 

You'll work closely with: 

  • Regional Sales teams across DACH, Italy, and Iberia  
  • The Global Marketing & Communications team  
  • Product Marketing, Partner teams, and Customer Success  
  • External agencies, event vendors, and marketing partners  

 



You'll contribute regional insights while learning how global marketing programs are adapted and executed across local markets. 

 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, or relevant internships/student roles in B2B marketing, communications, or events  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, or digital marketing activities is a plus  
  • Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology marketing is an advantage  
  • Fluent in both English and German, both verbally and in writing, is required. 
  • This position can be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, or Germany.

Compensation Transparency

The salary range displayed for this role reflects our benchmark for the total gross monthly compensation 9before taxes and other deduction) including any potential bonus or variable salary components, individual compensation will be determined based on factors as relevant experience, technical competency level  , and seniority alignment with the position requirements. The salary range excludes any country specific benefits.
