The Junior Project Manager supports the planning and execution of projects by gathering requirements and coordinating activities between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. Responsibilities include managing Jira tickets, documenting meetings, and configuring digital marketing content and promotional campaigns.

The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business lines. This role works closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and business users to gather requirements, coordinate sprint activities, document meetings, configure marketing content, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Technical expertise is not required, but an interest in technology and project management is essential.
Functions
- Gather and document business requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories and sprint tasks.
- Create and manage Jira tickets, including User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, and Improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients as required.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending action items.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of website content, merchandising elements, and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
- Configure and validate monthly promotional campaigns.
- Perform QA for promotional content in Staging and Production environments.
- Support multiple business lines with project coordination and operational activities as needed.
Requirements
- English level Intermediate (B1–B2)
- Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Marketing, IT, or related fields is a plus (not mandatory).
- Student in the last semesters or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Softwares Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. (optional)
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum), requirements gathering, critical thinking, documentation, and project coordination.
