Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Fashion)

We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist with experience in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of trends, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to develop creative marketing concepts that drive engagement, conversions, and sales.

Your impact:

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify creative opportunities and generate new ideas.
• Develop creative ideas for advertising materials and create initial campaign concepts.
• Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
• Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to produce creative assets and video content.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of creative production and testing processes to support marketing goals.

About you:

• At least 6 months of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces.
• Strong sense of visual style and well-developed aesthetic judgment.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
• Strong market and competitor research and analysis skills.
• Experience creating briefs for designers.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Creative mindset with a passion for generating fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Experience in content creation.
