What awaits you?

Are you a student or recent graduate in economics, finance, or accounting looking to start your career in an international environment? This role offers hands‑on experience, structured training, and daily work with real accounting processes.

What you will learn and work on:

• support accounting processes for international companies within Central and Eastern Europe;
• process invoices and payment documents under supervision and according to internal procedures;
• prepare data for financial statements and the general ledger;
• collaborate with experienced colleagues and learn how month‑end processes work;
• communicate with English‑speaking clients on routine operational matters.

Personality requirements and skills:

• good communication skills in English – B2 level and higher;
• experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage but not required — we provide onboarding and on‑the‑job training;
• sense of detail and precision required;
• strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant;
• self-starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told;
• ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability.
