Jr. Video Editor Remote

We are seeking a talented Jr. Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging and informative video content for our online training courses. As a Jr. Video Editor, you will work closely with our instructional design team to edit and enhance existing video content, as well as create new videos from scratch. This is a full-time, remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video production, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Edit and enhance existing video content for our online training courses

- Create new videos from scratch, including filming, editing, and adding graphics and animations

- Collaborate with our instructional design team to ensure videos meet the learning objectives and are engaging for our audience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production

- Manage and organize video files and assets

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content

- Meet project deadlines and communicate any potential delays or issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or corporate setting

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Passion for emergency response and healthcare education is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Jr. Video Editor will work closely with our team, but can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
