The Jr Accounting Assistant processes financial information in cloud-based systems to maintain up-to-date financial ledgers. Responsibilities include processing invoices, bank transactions, and assisting the Accounting SME with account reconciliations and ad-hoc reports.
This is a remote position.
Aside from that, the Jr. Accounting Assistant provides assistance to the Accounting SME with maintaining a clean and updated general ledger, including account reconciliations and resolving of discrepancies.
The Jr. Accounting Assistant also assists the Accounting SME and other team members where needed to accomplish the department goals, and to prepare ad-hoc reports to the management as needed.
