IT Project Support Officer.
Salary: £32,100 per annum, pro rata.
Location: Remote, must be based in the UK
Contract/Hours: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, Part-time (working 21 hours a week).

A bit about the role
We are looking for an IT Project Support Officer to support for six months on our Oracle Stabilisation Programme. This is a part-time role of 21 hours per week; we can be flexible with how that time is arranged.
You’ll support the Programme and the leads within this by maintaining project frameworks, plans, records, reports, RAID logs, and dashboards, while helping project teams stay on track.
What you’ll do
Support project documentation, most notably documentation used in Audit procedures such as PIDs, action logs, minutes, task completion tracking.
Prepare reports, dashboards and RAID logs for monthly governance boards and support with preparation of monthly sponsor updates.
Coordinate meetings, boards, communications, and stakeholder relationships.
Support project closure, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
You’ll have experience supporting programmes or projects in a fast-paced IT environment, strong planning and communication skills, and confidence using tools such as Copilot, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook. Experience of using Mission Control project management tool is advantageous but not essential. support Oracle project is advantageous but Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, ITIL Foundation or P3O would be valuable.
