IT Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget. This fully remote role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a structured approach to managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile teams
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT or technology project management
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred

Salary: R55,000/month | 100% Remote
