What You Will Work On

Lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives.
Establish project governance, reporting, and PMO best practices.
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Support organizational change management and adoption efforts.
Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and portfolio status updates.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

5+ years of project, program, PMO, Agile, or transformation experience.
Experience leading cross-functional technology or business initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
Track record of delivering measurable business results.
