IT Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient delivery of IT services and support.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s accounting business goals.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments to identify technology needs and solutions.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and assess their applicability to the company’s operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement of IT hardware and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the accounting or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and their integration with IT platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
