Everforth ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas.  As an ISO Coordinator, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Assist with the development and administration of ARPA-H programs and projects for a Mission Office portfolio to include tasks such as:
    • Assisting in the development of solicitations and related documents
    • Managing ISO proposals; tracking negotiations
    • Coordinating within the Mission Office and across ARPA-H for cost proposals and technical evaluations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse team: 
    • Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and other advisors involved in the portfolio. 
    • Communicate complex processes and concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the portfolio forward. 
Qualifications
  • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Five years or more work experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Contracting and/or Procurement, preferably in a government or research environment.
  • Must be capable of tracking metrics effectively and adept at managing multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate IT systems and processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend functional improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with information management systems including Jira and Confluence.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally with members of the public.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize work.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $130,000
