Our new client is a privately owned international wealth management firm with a long-standing presence across Europe. Due to sustained demand and continued expansion, they are seeking self-employed, Level 4+ qualified International Financial Advisers to join their advisory network.
They are open to taking multiple high-quality advisers and are focused on long-term relationships rather than short-term hiring targets. This is a mature, professional environment built for experienced advisers who want autonomy, stability, and strong operational support.
Employment Structure:
Location & Flexibility:
There is strong demand for advisers based in Cyprus (Paphos), and also in also hiring demand in Southern Portugal, particularly Vilamoura and the wider Algarve region. Candidates should ideally be in-country, however flexible working is supported. Advisers may work from home or from an office environment where available.
Client Base & Jurisdiction Focus:
Asia-based business is possible only where advisers bring substantial existing AUM. The firm does not provide hand-holding, lead generation, or outbound marketing for Asia and expects advisers operating in that region to be fully self-sufficient.
Appropriate licensing is in place in Asia for advisers with established books of business.

The firm invests heavily in advanced AI-driven advisory technology. Client meetings are securely recorded and, via AI, automatically generate a comprehensive fact find, risk profiling, suitability, and advice documentation.

This position is NOT for someone from the accounting / auditing or financial management profession. This is a client facing, sales and targets driven profession for RDR UK qualified IFA’s.
