About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Platform Operations Intern who is passionate about cloud technologies, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-driven automation. This internship provides hands-on experience building and managing modern cloud infrastructure while learning how AI can simplify platform operations and reduce operational costs.

This is a remote internship. However, candidates located in Ahmedabad or nearby areas will be given preference for better collaboration and potential future opportunities.

You will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects involving AWS, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud cost optimization.

What You'll Work On

• Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
  
• Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform.
  
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.
  
• Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.
  
• Develop AI-native solutions to automate platform operations and deployment workflows.
  
• Monitor cloud environments and identify opportunities for performance and cost optimization.
  
• Assist in deploying applications across development, staging, and production environments.
  
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
  
• Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational best practices.
  

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  
• Knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows
  
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
  
• Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline
  
• Basic knowledge of Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  
• Basic Linux command-line skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  
• Eagerness to learn modern cloud and AI technologies
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
  
• Basic scripting using Python or Bash
  
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot
  
• Understanding of cloud security best practices
  
• Interest in FinOps and cloud cost optimization
