Interim CFO

This is a remote position.

We have an urgent consulting opportunity with a confidential private equity-backed software company seeking an experienced Interim CFO. This engagement will support the business during a critical transition period and requires a senior finance leader who can quickly step in and provide hands-on financial and strategic leadership.

Requirements

• Previous CFO or senior finance executive experience within a SaaS/software company
  
• Experience working in a private equity-backed environment
  
• Experience supporting companies with approximately $100M–$500M in revenue
  
• Strong operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management experience
  
• Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and PE stakeholders
  
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to quickly assess priorities and drive execution
  
• Availability to begin an interim engagement quickly
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior interim or consulting CFO experience
  
• Experience leading finance organizations through periods of transition, transformation, or growth
