We believe in recognizing our employees for the good work they do. Haven offers a competitive base pay in addition to these benefits:

• Health coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 100% paid by Haven for employee-only coverage
• Time off: Three weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, two personal days, and a paid volunteer day in your first year
• Licensing paid for: We cover your P&C/personal lines licensing and continuing education costs
