As we grow, we’re looking for a NetSuite Integrations Consultant to lead complex client engagements and deliver systems that hold up under real operational pressure.

What You’ll Do

The Celigo / NetSuite Consultant works directly with customers and Hairball teammates to lead and execute integration and NetSuite consulting projects. This role sits within the Implementation and Continued Success teams and is responsible for designing, building, and delivering reliable integrations between NetSuite and leading cloud platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and others.

You are expected to own projects end to end, speak confidently with customers, and deliver solutions that actually work in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects from discovery through go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical integration designs.
• Map and validate data between systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Configure and develop integrations using Celigo’s integrator.io platform.
• Integrate NetSuite with systems such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shops, marketplace and other cloud applications.
• Execute full end-to-end testing, including edge cases and real-world scenarios.
• Support customers during go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
• Train customers on proper usage and best practices of Celigo’s integration platform.
• Assist with NetSuite consulting tasks as needed, with a focus on real operational outcomes.
  
  

Who You Are

• NetSuite Expertise: At least 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite, with a strong understanding of core modules, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Financials.
• Functional Consultant Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading implementations or optimizations for mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong experience in designing and optimizing business processes across ERP, and eCommerce.
• Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and present solutions clearly.
• Problem Solver: Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex business and functional issues.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to mentor and guide clients and junior team members through the functional implementation process.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to analyze and map out business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend functional improvements.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Celigo Experience: Familiarity with Celigo’s integrator.io or similar iPaaS platforms is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Consulting Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced consulting or ERP implementation environment.
• Certifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification is highly desirable.
