Integration Project Manager (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of our post-acquisition communications plan, to ensure the critical first 30days communications are delivered as planned.
• Update and communicate group company policies to newly acquired businesses and ensure they understand and can comply with them.
• Document current ways of working and system usage as required to enable the delivery of integration projects.
• Manage third party vendors to ensure project tasks are completed to scope, cost and timelines.
• The creation of deployment plans for system integration projects to enable effective management of comms, downtime and go-live activities.
• Review project plans to ensure activities within your assigned area of responsibility are up to date on the PM system.
• Escalate any risks and issues identified and manage any assigned mitigating actions.
• Manage the booking and attendance of training sessions to enable the successful delivery of system integration projects.
• Handling and processing of system and people data, to enable the successful delivery of system integration projects.
• Assist in the development of communications, training materials and notices as required by the integration project streams.
• Manage issue logs from system deployment to ensure timely responses and successful go-lives.
• Project Manage the delivery of assigned functionally led integration projects across Finance, IT, HR and Operations.
