Integration Engineer

Location: Remote   Full Time contract:12-18 Months

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can design, configure, and maintain enterprise integration workflows that connect critical business systems, while building and supporting microservices and APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL). This includes ensuring reliable data flow, optimizing performance, and applying best practices in scalability, security, and monitoring to keep integrations seamless and resilient. 

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate core telecom systems (OSS, BSS, CRM) with third-party applications and cloud services.
  

• Implement service orchestration, message routing, transformation, and API security.
  

• Manage messaging systems, API Gateways, and Developer Portals.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; diploma or equivalent 
  

• At least 3 years of professional experience in enterprise application integration and API development.
  

• Proficiency in Java or Python.
  

• Hands-on experience with ESB and API Gateway platforms (Oracle Service Bus/OSB, Apigee, or 3Scale).
  

• Practical experience with messaging brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS) and SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
