Intake Specialist / Phone Sales Representative - Law Firm

Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated and personable Phone Sales Representative (Intake Specialist) to join our team. This role is responsible for speaking with prospective clients, evaluating their needs, building trust, and converting qualified leads into retained clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
  • Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant information.
  • Explain the firm's services and retainers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication.
  • Convert qualified consultations into signed clients.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
Qualifications:

  • Previous phone sales, intake, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable discussing legal matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
