We’re looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, gather key information, and ensure a smooth and professional intake process. You'll play a critical role in shaping the client’s first impression of our company.

Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients

  • Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information
  • Accurately document client details in CRM or internal systems
  • Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team
  • Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Meet response time and conversion KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist .
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures.
  • Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management.
  • Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time Zones.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards.
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations.
