Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

About The RoleWe are seeking attorneys to join a dynamic civil litigation team specializing in insurance coverage matters. This position provides opportunities to work full-time, part-time, or on contract, with flexible remote options. The role involves complex litigation in state and federal courts, providing strategic counsel to clients, and collaborating with senior attorneys on high-stakes cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage insurance coverage litigation from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Conduct legal research and analysis to assess coverage and risk exposure.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates.
Balance multiple matters while producing high-quality work independently.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic credentials and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
