This is a remote position.
Overview :
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience in solution architecture and system design
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Instanda solutioning and implementations
Domain Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration

Instanda Platform Expertise:
Solution design, configuration, and implementation of insurance products on Instanda

API Integrations:
Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Instanda and external systems (policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and reinsurance platforms)

Programming Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with .NET (ASP/C#), JavaScript, or Python for integration and customization

Architecture & Design:
Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions

Implementation Experience:
End-to-end delivery of Instanda projects, including setup, configuration, and deployment
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for Instanda implementations
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and insurance SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Define and oversee API integration strategies with external systems
- Provide hands-on support during implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Instanda solutioning
- Conduct technical workshops and clearly communicate complex solutions to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data security standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Instanda certifications or relevant insurance/technology certifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps pipelines
