The Information Technology Manager (IT) is responsible for overseeing the IT department's daily operations, managing the organization's technology infrastructure, and ensuring the secure and efficient functioning of all IT systems.   • Oversee the daily operations of the IT help desk, ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and providing excellent support to staff.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices.

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience in managing IT help desk operations and handling IT tickets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Power Shell scripting
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
  • Development of protocols for staff technology usage.

Minimum Requirements: 

To be considered for the role of Information Technology Manager, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of leading IT teams and managing IT projects effectively. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software applications, is essential.
