Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers, content creators, streamers, and brand ambassadors relevant to target audiences.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agency partners.
Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, budgets, and campaign deliverables.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning and onboarding to execution and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on campaign results and market trends; - Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design, CRM, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Manage influencer databases and maintain accurate documentation of partnerships and campaign activities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
Ensure all influencer activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Participate in the development of promotional concepts, content initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns.
Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Identify potential reputational risks related to influencer partnerships and propose mitigation measures.
Support market expansion initiatives through local influencer engagement and community-building activities.
Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing within B2C or performance-driven industries.
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, etc.).
Experience in influencer sourcing, vetting, segmentation, and database management.
Knowledge of campaign management lifecycle (briefing, negotiation, onboarding, execution, reporting).
Experience with performance tracking and analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROI).
Ability to work with tracking tools (UTM, promo codes, affiliate links, tracking platforms). Experience in negotiating contracts, budgets, and collaboration terms with external partners.
Understanding of content production workflows and basic content evaluation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, influencer platforms, or marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of compliance requirements for marketing communications (especially important in regulated industries like iGaming).
Strong data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting tools).
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
English proficiency (written and spoken) for international influencer communication and negotiations.
