Influencer Marketing Campaign Assistant

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, onboarding, and team leadership. You will serve as the crucial bridge between incoming organic demand and our execution teams. By leading discovery calls, crafting tailored proposals, and setting the strategic vision, you will transform pre-qualified leads into active, revenue-generating campaigns. Once a project is onboarded, you will delegate execution to the campaign management team while overseeing high-level performance, client retention, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Scouting & Outreach: Assist in identifying, vetting, and reaching out to relevant content creators and influencers for upcoming campaigns.

Campaign Management Support: Work closely with Campaign Managers on daily operational tasks to ensure deliverables are met and client budgets are fully utilized.

Tracking & Administration: Maintain creator databases, track campaign communications, and assist with campaign logistics and reporting.
