Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals interested in helping clients create memorable vacation experiences while working remotely. As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will learn about each client's vacation goals, research suitable options, and provide guidance throughout the planning and booking process.

You may assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, group trips, tours, international destinations, and other leisure experiences.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients about destinations, dates, interests, and budgets
• Research vacation options that align with individual needs
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and transportation
• Prepare personalized recommendations for clients to consider
• Explain available options, inclusions, and relevant supplier offers
• Coordinate selected arrangements through approved booking resources
• Keep reservation details, confirmations, and important deadlines organized
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
• Review trip information carefully for accuracy
• Assist with routine questions, updates, and requested changes
• Maintain organized client and booking records
• Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Able to manage responsibilities and follow-ups independently
• Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Comfortable learning supplier platforms and digital booking tools
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
