Du bekommst von uns bereits vorhandene Kontakte und warme Leads von Kaufinteressenten. Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Erstkontakt telefonisch aufzunehmen, herauszufinden, ob wirklich ernsthafte Kaufabsicht besteht, und bei passenden Interessenten einen Termin zu vereinbaren.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
Sehr gute Kommunikation am Telefon, Menschenkenntnis, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und ein sicheres Auftreten. Du solltest schnell einschätzen können, wer ernsthaft kaufen möchte und wer nur unverbindlich angefragt hat.

- Homeoffice ist möglich
Wenn du zusätzlich Interesse an Social Media hast, kannst du deinen Aufgabenbereich erweitern und zum Beispiel KI Videos erstellen oder unsere Social Media Accounts mitbetreuen. Das ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung.
Bei entsprechendem Verkaufstalent ist später auch eine direkte Tätigkeit im Immobilienverkauf möglich.
