Aimergency Connect PsychCare is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice committed to providing compassionate, accessible, and high-quality psychiatric care throughout South Florida. We are expanding our telehealth team and are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated PMHNP who is passionate about providing medication management and psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform. This position offers flexibility while requiring consistent provider availability to ensure continuity of patient care.

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum of 1–2 consistent set days per week
• Minimum availability of 5 consecutive hours per scheduled day
• Reliable weekly schedule required for continuity of care
• Telehealth position serving patients throughout South Florida

Compensation

• $50–$65 per completed patient visit
• Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity
• Bi-weekly payments
• Administrative support provided

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders
• Provide medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy/therapy sessions when clinically appropriate
• Complete documentation within established timeframes
• Collaborate with clinical staff and care coordinators
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida APRN license
• Board Certified PMHNP-BC
• Active DEA Registration
• Active NPI Number
• Professional malpractice insurance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience treating adolescents and adults
• Experience providing individual therapy in addition to medication management
• Experience with telepsychiatry
