We are currently searching for a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Drive identity modernization initiatives while ensuring reliable service delivery, access administration, and audit readiness.
• Lead both the strategic engineering and day-to-day operational management of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
• Design and implement secure and scalable Entra ID platform architecture.
• Build automated identity lifecycle and access management processes.
• Ensure timely provisioning and access request fulfillment.
• Manage effective governance of privileged access and application access.
• Maintain audit-ready IAM controls, evidence, and documentation.
• Implement identity security improvements aligned with organizational risk and compliance requirements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and drive continuous service improvement.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity Governance, and PIM (Privileged Identity Management).
• Expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and application integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and security controls.
• Ability to balance strategic engineering initiatives with operational support responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
