ICT Business Coach

This is a remote position.

Our client, a leading global ICT provider,is recruiting for a ICT Business Coach to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying client needs and business development opportunities
  

• Creating business plans and providing market feedback
  

• Advising on go-to-market strategies and revenue growth initiatives
  

• Supporting implementation of business strategies and branding efforts
  

• Participating in relevant industry events and forums
  

• Collaborating with company contacts where needed to ensure alignment
  

• Monitoring competitors and advising on strategy alternatives
  

Qualifications:

• At least more than 2-3 years business development experience of IT solution selling in manufacture/ Financial / Gov / ISP industry .
  

• Technical Background in IT, having knowledge with Storages, Networks, Clouds and typical applications in Enterprise Environment.
  

• Experience in working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.
  

• Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
  

• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
  

• Fluency in German and English is a must.
  

• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads、
  

• Accept business trips, mainly within Germany
  

• Must be eligible to work within the EU
