IAM Analyst Intern (Undergraduate Summer 2027)

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

• Prepare and maintain IAM reports that provide clear operational insights 

• Provide operational support for MFA Engineering activities and processes

• Support priority IAM initiatives, including the MFA Modernization Project and Centene Verify Project

• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities

• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
  
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
  
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Pay Range: $18-26/hour
