Health Safety and Sustainability Engineer (ergonomics engineer) AST

What you’ll do:

• The Ergonomic Engineer is responsible for designing, evaluating, and improving work systems, tools, and environments to optimize human performance, health, safety, and productivity.

• This role applies ergonomic principles, human factors engineering, and data-driven risk assessment methods to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), improve employee well-being, and support operational excellence.

• The Ergonomic Engineer works cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, health and safety, and human resources to embed ergonomics into workplace design and continuous improvement initiatives.

What is required:

• Previous Experience Ergonomic application

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

• Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven workflows.

• Commitment to safety standards, ethics, and continuous learning.

• Safety Engineer → Reporting / Analytics role.

• ISO14 / ISO45 Audit application.

• Experience in multi-plant or global environments.

• USA Visa B1/B2 Valid Conversational English
