Role Overview:
We are looking for Recruitment Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Client Coordination, and Candidate Management across live hiring projects.
Selected interns will work closely with recruitment teams on real-time hiring mandates and will receive hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social platforms
Screen resumes based on client requirements and job descriptions
Conduct initial HR screening and candidate validation calls
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Share candidate updates and status reports internally
Work on bulk hiring and niche hiring mandates
Support recruiter teams with sourcing, scheduling, and operational coordination
Learn recruitment workflows, ATS usage, and hiring processes
Assist in employer outreach, lead generation, and vendor coordination activities wherever required
Eligibility:
MBA / BBA / Graduate students interested in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment/job portals/LinkedIn preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Laptop and stable internet connection required
