Tamilnadu Advanced Technical Training Institute (TATTI) is looking for proactive and communication-oriented interns to support our industry engagement and placement initiatives. The HR Connect Intern will work on identifying job opportunities from companies, building connections with HR professionals and facilitating the mobilization of our trained students for suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source job openings from companies across various industries.
• Connect with HR managers, recruiters and talent acquisition teams to understand their hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with HR professionals.
• Collect and document details about job roles, eligibility criteria, required skills and application processes.
• Share verified job opportunities with eligible students and assist in coordinating the application process.
• Maintain records of HR contacts, job openings and recruitment updates for internal tracking.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Development or Corporate Relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with HR representatives and industry professionals.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication and professional networking platforms.
