Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (90%)

  • Oversee comprehensive HR administration for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, performance reviews, benefits, and offboarding
  • Update and maintain employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with local labour laws
  • Draft employment contracts and onboarding paperwork
  • Support payroll preparation and manage employee benefit queries
  • Coordinate performance review processes and training/development scheduling
  • Manage exit processes including resignations, termination documentation, and conduct exit interviews
  • Coordinate office procurement, including purchasing stationery and other essential office supplies
  • Liaise with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and service-related queries

Personal Assistant Duties (10%)

  • Handle ad hoc personal assistant tasks for the UBO, primarily calendar management and occasional errands
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all PA responsibilities

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with migration processes, including both BCS and domestic migration, will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is considered an advantage.
