Do you love helping couples celebrate life's most meaningful moments? We are expanding our remote team and looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Honeymoon & Romance Travel Advisors.

In this role, you'll work with engaged couples, honeymooners, anniversary travelers, and those celebrating special occasions to create unforgettable romantic getaways. From luxurious all-inclusive resorts and overwater bungalows to European escapes, cruises, and destination weddings, you'll help clients choose the perfect experience while coordinating every detail of their journey.

Whether you're beginning a new career or looking for a flexible remote opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and professional resources you need to succeed. No previous travel industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with couples to learn about their travel vision, preferred destinations, budget, and celebration plans
• Research honeymoon destinations, luxury resorts, romantic cruises, boutique hotels, and vacation packages
• Create personalized travel recommendations tailored to each client's style and preferences
• Coordinate accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, dining experiences, and special requests
• Present available promotions, travel protection options, and vacation enhancements
• Manage reservations and monitor bookings from confirmation through departure
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual consultations
• Work with approved travel partners to secure reservations and ensure booking accuracy
• Review travel documents, itineraries, and confirmations before departure
• Maintain organized client records and reservation documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer care before, during, and after each client's vacation

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, event planning, or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and digital communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Passion for creating exceptional client experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
