Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst



Experience: 7+ Years

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Subject to extension based on discussions)



Job Summary



We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering business requirements, process analysis, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Requirements





  • Overall 7+ years of professional experience.




  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.




  • Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM processes.




  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.




  • Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process mapping, and user stories.




  • Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.




  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.




  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.





Roles & Responsibilities





  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.




  • Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process maps, and user stories.




  • Provide expertise in ITSM and CSM processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.




  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery.




  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support.




  • Conduct stakeholder communication, training sessions, and user enablement activities.




  • Ensure requirements are accurately captured and aligned with business objectives.





Nice-to-Have Skills





  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (ITSM or other modules).




  • Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, HRSD, and integrations.




  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.





Interview Process





  • Up to 3 rounds of interviews.




  • Client interview is mandatory.
