- Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate fit against role and client requirements
- Track and update all recruitment activities within the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and quality
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals, sales targets, and KPIs
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience: Minimum 1+years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition
Skills and Expertise:
- Demonstrated tenacity, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record in closing placements
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
