Job Description:
- Manage healthcare IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Create project plans, timelines, status reports, and track deliverables
- Support business case and requirement documentation
- Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Lead project meetings, track action items, risks, and issue resolution
- Provide regular project updates to leadership
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution
- Ensure smooth transition and project closure activities
Requirement:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with IT projects
- 3+ years of healthcare payer or healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IT SDLC
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with data feed integrations and third-party vendors
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field
- PMP Certification required
