Healthcare Product Manager Remote A Healthcare Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and improvement of healthcare products, platforms, and digital solutions. The role works closely with clinical, technology, operations, analytics, compliance, and business teams to deliver products that improve patient/member experiences, healthcare outcomes, and business performance. Key Responsibilities - Develop product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities. - Identify healthcare market, customer, and member needs. - Gather requirements and translate business needs into product features. - Manage products throughout the development lifecycle. - Partner with engineering, UX/UI, clinical, operations, analytics, and compliance teams. - Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. - Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive products. - Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics. - Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations, privacy, security, and quality standards. - Lead product launches, enhancements, testing, and ongoing improvements. - Manage priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. - Present product strategy and performance updates to senior leadership. - Drive initiatives that improve patient/member engagement, access to care, operational efficiency, and overall healthcare outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field. - 3 7+ years of product management or healthcare-related experience, depending on level. - Experience with healthcare, health insurance, digital health, SaaS, or healthcare technology preferred. - Strong knowledge of product development and Agile methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams. - Familiarity with healthcare data, APIs, EHR/EMR systems, or digital health platforms is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment .
