The specialist will review and process credentialing applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. They will also maintain electronic records and communicate professionally with providers and internal departments.
Essential Responsibilities
- Review credentialing applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Process initial and renewal credentialing and licensing documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and credentialing databases.
- Verify provider and facility information through approved sources.
- Track application status and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Communicate professionally with providers, internal departments, and external credentialing organizations.
- Identify missing or incomplete documentation and request corrections.
- Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative, healthcare support, customer service, claims processing, document review, or related experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type:
Temporary/Full Time - Approximately 1.5 months options to transfer to in-center positions, if available

Monday – Friday 8:00a-5:00p
Position Pay:
$16.50 per hour based on experience
