Profile Requirements:

• Nursing qualification or strong clinical background from the Philippines with experience in a healthcare or aged care administration setting
• Experience in a client-facing or patient-facing communication role with a professional and empathetic telephone manner
• Familiarity with care management systems and the ability to learn TLW and internal platforms quickly
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, Care Managers, and internal team members
• Highly organised and able to manage high call volumes, multiple supplier relationships, and recurring administrative tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, taking ownership of workload and adapting as the role evolves

Core responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and resolve client concerns where possible, escalating to Care Managers when required
• Field calls and inquiries internally to Care Partners and relevant roster staff
• Action tasks and raise tickets in TLW, searching the system for answers to client concerns and resolving where possible
• Make outbound client-facing calls and check-ins, recording care management minutes accurately
• Meet a minimum target of 30 client calls per day
• Escalate unresolved clinical or complex client concerns to Care Managers promptly
• Source, schedule, and liaise with suppliers to coordinate client service delivery
• Send supplier onboarding requests and manage the onboarding process for new suppliers
• Review supplier compliance documentation and follow up on expired or missing information
• Action service requests end-to-end including checking the supplier register, engaging existing suppliers, or sourcing and onboarding new ones when required
• Coordinate appointment scheduling between confirmed suppliers and clients
• Maintain accurate care management documentation in line with government claiming requirements
