The Opportunity

Recrescere Group is partnering with a rapidly scaling global e-commerce skincare brand that is looking to appoint a commercially minded Brand Leader to take ownership of its next phase of growth.

This is not a role for someone who simply maintains an established brand. We're seeking an individual who has successfully built, scaled, and elevated consumer-facing brands, creating meaningful audience growth while driving measurable commercial outcomes.

You'll own the strategic direction, positioning, voice, and creative identity of the business, ensuring the brand continues to stand out in an increasingly competitive global skincare market.

Working directly with senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of consumers engage with the brand across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global brand strategy and positioning.

  • Own the brand's visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, and customer perception.

  • Drive growth in brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and execute social media, content, and community-building strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to ensure brand initiatives directly support revenue growth.

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Lead creative direction across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and customer touchpoints.

  • Build scalable brand systems capable of supporting international growth.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience building or scaling a consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or DTC brand.

  • Strong ownership of both brand strategy and creative execution.

  • Demonstrable success growing brand awareness, audience size, and engagement.

  • Commercial mindset with a track record of linking brand initiatives to revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition.

  • Hands-on approach and comfortable operating within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong understanding of modern content, social media, and digital brand-building.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within skincare, beauty, wellness, or adjacent consumer product sectors.

  • Existing relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, or key opinion leaders.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-market expansion.

  • Strong network within the consumer brand ecosystem.
