Guidelines Artist – Licensing & Consumer Products | Remote EU/Thailand

Pazu Games is expanding its licensing and consumer products activity, and we are looking for talented and experienced Art Guidelines to shape how our brands come to life across physical products.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role that combines illustration, visual development and brand thinking.

You will create the artworks, visual assets and design elements that form the foundation of Pazu’s consumer products, and develop clear creative guidelines that enable licensees, manufacturers and external partners to use those assets consistently across different product categories.

You will play a key role in ensuring that every Pazu product regardless of category or partner feels authentic, recognizable and visually consistent with the world of Avatar World.

Responsibilities

• Create artworks, illustrations, graphics, patterns and visual assets for Pazu’s licensing and consumer products activity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive art and creative guidelines for external partners, licensees and manufacturers.
• Translate the visual language of Avatar World into clear and consistent design guidelines that can be applied across multiple product categories. 
• Define how characters, colors, environments, typography, graphics, patterns and other brand elements should be used.
• Adapt existing game assets and artwork for physical products and consumer-facing applications.
• Create style Guidelines  specifically for licensing collections and product needs.
• Work closely with Product Development to support new product lines, collections and concepts.
• Review partner-created artwork and products to ensure consistency with Pazu’s visual standards.
• Continuously expand and evolve the creative toolkit as the brand and licensing activity grow.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in illustration, visual design, graphic design or art direction.
• Degree or relevant studies in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, or a related creative field. 
• Excellent hands-on illustration and design skills.
• Experience creating artwork and assets for brands, products or commercial applications.
• Experience building brand guidelines, style guides, toolkits or creative systems.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, character design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate an existing IP into new artwork while maintaining consistency with its visual identity.
• Experience with kids brands, entertainment, gaming, licensing, consumer products or character-based IP would be a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to create both high-level creative direction and production-ready visual assets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear visual feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator- Must
• Excellent English
