Position Summary
We are expanding our remote team and looking for friendly, service-focused individuals who enjoy assisting customers and keeping important details organized. As a Guest Support Advisor, you will help travelers navigate their vacation planning by researching requested options, coordinating arrangements, and providing dependable assistance as their trip approaches.
This is a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, hospitality, or vacation planning. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.
Your Responsibilities
Assist travelers with vacation inquiries by learning about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget, then researching suitable accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and packages.
Help clients review their options and coordinate requested services using approved supplier and reservation resources.
Organize booking information, confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and important pre-departure requirements.
Provide responsive client support, communicate updates, follow up on pending items, and assist with routine reservation changes or special requests.
Review booking details for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and participate in ongoing supplier and destination education.
