Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel interests, vacation goals, timelines, and budgets
- Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, excursions, and attractions
- Recommend personalized travel experiences that align with each client's preferences and expectations
- Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details using approved travel partners
- Prepare booking confirmations, travel itineraries, required documentation, and departure information
- Assist with reservation modifications, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
- Review travel arrangements to help ensure bookings are complete, accurate, and ready for departure
- Keep travelers informed by providing timely updates, answering questions, and offering planning support
- Maintain organized client profiles, reservation history, and communication records within company systems
- Utilize supplier relationships and company resources to deliver exceptional client service
